Maroctaxi.com is a digital marketplace connecting independent transport providers with passengers. Maroctaxi.com is not a transportation carrier, transit operator, or employer of drivers.

2. Limitation of Liability

We assume zero liability for accidents, delays, route deviations, loss of personal property, or disputes arising during transit. Drivers warrant that they hold all legal authorizations required under Moroccan law.

3. User Conduct & Ratings

Both passengers and drivers agree to maintain respectful conduct. Accounts falling below acceptable rating thresholds may be suspended.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and subject to local competent courts.
